1. General Information and Formation of Contract Between the Parties

1.1. These GTC apply to all electronic commercial services provided within Hungary through the online store (hereinafter: “Webshop”) available on www.sigmaarmsshop.com. They also apply to all commercial transactions within Hungary between the parties governed by these GTC.

1.2. Matters not regulated by these GTC, and their interpretation, are subject to Hungarian law, in particular:

  • Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code,

  • Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce and services related to the information society,

  • Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on consumer-business contracts.

Provisions of sectoral legislation may apply to specific products. Mandatory legal provisions apply without further stipulation.

1.3. Orders can be placed via electronic submission through the Webshop.

1.4. Most Webshop services are accessible without registration. However, certain features require registration and login, available in accordance with these GTC.

1.5. Orders may be modified or cancelled without consequences until the contract is fulfilled, by email: info@sigmaarmsshop.com. The resulting purchase contract is concluded in Hungarian, registered and archived by the Service Provider for 5 years.

1.6. The Service Provider is not subject to any code of conduct.

2. Order Process

2.1. Selecting a Product

Customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “Client”) can choose and order products from the Webshop. Clicking on a product shows its detailed description. To purchase, add the item to the “Cart” by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. By clicking “View Cart,” the Customer can review products added to the Cart, the total price, and shipping costs. The contents, including price and quantity, can be modified. The total amount is calculated automatically.

Note: product images may be illustrative and may differ from the actual product.

2.2. Placing an Order and Prices

After confirming the cart contents, click the “Checkout” button. Customers can log in as returning users, register as new users, or continue without registration. Billing and shipping details must be provided. All submitted information must be true, accurate, and complete.

Select a shipping method (courier or postal service) and a payment method (online credit card, cash on delivery, or bank transfer). Confirm the order by clicking “Submit Order and Pay.”

If you have questions about a product, contact our customer service before purchase. Mandatory product manuals are included where required by law. If a manual is missing, contact customer service before using the product.

Our prices reflect the current list price at the time of ordering, including VAT, but exclude shipping. Prices are shown in HUF. Shipping costs are detailed during checkout and in the Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors. Customers will be informed and may confirm the corrected order or cancel it. We reserve the right to make typographical corrections.

Product prices on the Website may change. Price changes are effective upon publication and do not affect the price of already ordered products.

No refund will be given for price reductions after order confirmation but before delivery.

In the case of erroneous prices (e.g. 0 HUF, 1 HUF), especially if the price is clearly inconsistent with the product’s known value, the Service Provider is not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price. The correct price will be offered, and the Customer may cancel the order.

The Service Provider assumes no liability for errors or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided order data.

2.3. Coupon Code Usage

How to use a coupon:

  1. Add products to your cart.

  2. Click the cart icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Click “Add a coupon.”

  4. Enter your coupon code (shown on homepage if available) and click “Activate.”

  5. Accept the “General Terms and Conditions.”

  6. Click “Checkout.”

The discount will be shown on the payment page. Coupons apply a percentage discount to eligible products.

  • Valid only for online orders.

  • Not combinable with other discounts.

  • Valid until revoked.

  • Typographical errors reserved.

If no active coupon is available, please subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.

3. Correction of Data Entry Errors

Customers may correct errors at any stage before submitting the order (e.g. removing a product from the cart by clicking “Remove”).

4. Offer Binding, Order Confirmation

4.1. The Service Provider will confirm receipt of the Customer’s order via automatic email within 48 hours. This email will include:

  • Customer’s provided information,

  • Order ID,

  • Order date,

  • List of ordered products and prices,

  • Shipping cost,

  • Total payable amount.

This email confirms receipt only, not order acceptance.

4.2. If no confirmation email is received within 48 hours, the Customer is no longer bound by the order.

4.3. If the confirmation email contains errors, the Customer must notify the Service Provider within 24 hours.

4.4. The electronic order constitutes a contract subject to the Civil Code and the E-commerce Act. It complies with Government Decree 45/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council on consumer rights.

5. Shipping and Payment Terms

5.1. Products will be delivered using a logistics service to the address provided, in accordance with the conditions stated in the Shipping Policy.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change delivery charges. Changes do not affect confirmed orders.

5.2. After confirming the order, the Customer may select a preferred delivery time interval (not a specific time). Exact-hour deliveries are not guaranteed.

5.3. The Service Provider will fulfill the order at the location specified in the confirmation email.

5.4. Available payment and delivery methods are listed on the Website.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons acting outside their trade, profession, or business.

Consumers may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days, starting from:

  • the receipt of the product,

  • or, for multiple items, from the date of the last item’s receipt.

The right of withdrawal also applies between the contract date and the delivery date.

Exceptions to withdrawal:

  • sealed audio/video/software products after opening,

  • custom-made products or those tailored to the customer.

Return address:
DELTA LYP Kft.

Email: info@sigmaarmsshop.com
Phone: +36306283331

Returns must:

  • be in original condition with all accessories and packaging,

  • include the emailed invoice,

  • be accompanied by a written notice with reason and product photos.

The Customer bears return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise. COD returns will not be accepted.

Refunds (including shipping) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, unless an alternative shipping method was chosen. The Service Provider may withhold the refund until the item is received or proof of return is provided.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise requested by the Customer.

The Customer is liable for value loss only if due to usage beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature.

6. Right of Withdrawal

If the Customer withdraws after service provision has begun (following contract conclusion), they must compensate the Service Provider for reasonable costs.

The Service Provider may claim reimbursement for:

  • loss in value from use beyond necessary testing,

  • reasonable costs incurred if service performance began before the 14-day deadline upon the Customer’s express request.

7. Warranty (Product Warranty)

7.1. In the event of defective performance, the Customer may assert a product warranty claim against the Service Provider. In consumer contracts, the Customer has 2 years from the date of receipt to assert warranty claims for product defects that existed at the time of delivery. After two years, warranty rights expire.

7.2. For non-consumer contracts, the limitation period is 1 year from receipt.

7.3. The Customer may choose between repair or replacement unless such a request is impossible or would incur disproportionate costs for the Service Provider.

If repair or replacement is not possible, the Customer may request a proportionate price reduction, carry out the repair themselves (or have it done at the Service Provider’s expense), or—ultimately—withdraw from the contract. No withdrawal is permitted for minor defects.

7.4. The Customer may change their chosen warranty right, but must bear the cost of such change unless it was justified or the Service Provider caused it.

7.5. The Customer must report the defect immediately upon discovery, but no later than within 2 months.

7.6. Within six months of delivery, the Customer must only prove that the product was purchased from the Service Provider (e.g., invoice), and that the complete original packaging and accessories are intact.

After six months, the Customer must prove that the defect existed at the time of delivery.

7.7. If the warranty claim concerns a separable part of the product, the claim applies only to that part.

7.8. Damage from burning, wear, washing, or mechanical stress on clothing (e.g., gloves, uniforms, combat shirts, trousers) is not covered by warranty. Misuse, such as using tactical gloves for manual labor or backpacks as schoolbags, is not considered proper use and voids the warranty.

7.9. The Customer must bear the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed by the Service Provider. Use courier or the Hungarian postal service.

To avoid unnecessary costs, Customers should contact the Webshop electronically and provide photographic evidence of the defect.

If it’s a material defect or falls under warranty terms, the Service Provider will reimburse the shipping cost and replace the product.

The Service Provider cannot reimburse costs or send replacements for:

  • products repaired by third parties,

  • damages from improper handling or adjustment.

Tactical airsoft gloves are not suitable for motorcycling. Use in such scenarios causes damage and voids warranty.

Holster type designations are for information only. Not all replicas from different manufacturers are compatible.

Withdrawal is not accepted for items whose condition and residual value cannot be verified after opening (e.g., disposable or consumable parts).

All optics must be used with a lens protector. Lenses will break if hit by airsoft pellets without protection—this is not covered by warranty.

Tactical backpacks are not covered by warranty if used outside airsoft sports (e.g., for motorcycling or school use) or in extreme conditions.

Weapon lights, lasers, optics, and accessories are designed for AEG airsoft replicas. Use on real firearms or gas-blowback replicas may cause damage not covered by warranty.
